Account verification

When you register, we verify your identity against your payment method to prevent fraud. This check is a one-time step; you'll see the result in your account dashboard within hours.

Data retention

We keep your account data, transaction history and identity verification for seven years to comply with local financial regulations and support dispute resolution.

Withdrawal verification

Before we release a withdrawal, we check that the requested amount matches your available balance and that the destination payment method is registered to your account.

Cookies and tracking

Terms & Conditions – Frequently Asked

You must meet the minimum age requirement set by the laws where you live. This depends on local law. We verify age during registration by checking your ID against your payment method. If verification fails, we'll ask you to resubmit valid documents.

Your username is permanent and cannot be changed. Your registered name can be updated in Account Settings, but changes require identity re-verification and may take 24 hours. Contact support if you need help with a name update.

Open a dispute ticket in the Help section of your account, or email our support team with your bet ID and transaction time. We'll review the bet result against our game logs and respond within 48 hours with a resolution or explanation.

After we verify your withdrawal request, transfer to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS usually takes under five minutes. Bank transfers to an account outside Jakarta or Yogyakarta may take one to two business days. You'll see the status in your withdrawal history.

We can suspend your account immediately if we detect fraud, underage play, or breach of terms. We'll email you the reason and a contact path to appeal. You can request your funds within 14 days; disputes are handled by our compliance team.

We do not sell your data. Your information is shared only with payment processors, fraud-prevention partners, and regulators where local law requires it. You can request a data summary by emailing support with your account ID.

Log in, go to Account Settings and select Close Account. We'll process any remaining balance as a withdrawal to your registered payment method within 48 hours. Once closed, you cannot reopen the same account; you must register again with a new email.
